The Coquette Lab Diamond Pear Ear Pin is your elevated take on an ear climber—sculptural, refined, and built to curve effortlessly up the ear with our signature squiggle. A 0.50 carat lab-grown pear diamond anchors the movement, set east-west for a flash of brilliance and edge.

Slide it into a standard lobe piercing and pinch the back to hug the ear—no second piercing required. Wear one for asymmetry or mirror the look with a pair. Either way, it’s all impact, no effort.
