Hi, I’m Isabel

I’ve spent over a decade in the jewelry world. My journey started in the buying office at the largest jewelry conglomerate in the U.S., then led merchandising and product development at a heritage design house. Jewelry has always been more than product to me, it’s design, storytelling, and identity. After ten years, I knew it was time to create a brand that reflected my own point of view.

Not Inherited, Earned

Most jewelry houses are built on family legacies, knowledge passed down through generations. Mine isn’t. My foundation comes from experience: years of building collections at scale, working directly with world-class jewelers, and learning the craft from the inside out. I’ve had some of the best training in the industry, and SETTE is where all of it comes together.

Design in My DNA

For me, jewelry has never been about playing it safe. SETTE is where design takes risks: oversized pinky rings, half-bezel settings, earrings that feel architectural. If it looks like everything else out there, I’m not interested.

Built to Wear

I’m rough on my jewelry, and I know most people are too. I design and test every piece against my own life, which is anything but gentle. Rings should slide on like they were made for you, earrings should have presence without pulling, and every detail has to hold up to the way we actually live.

A Change of Heart

I’ll be honest, I used to be a lab diamond hater. After years in the industry, I was skeptical. But once I saw what was possible, I couldn’t ignore it. A well-cut lab diamond holds the same fire and strength as anything pulled from the earth.

They’re hard enough to stand up to generations of wear, and when cut correctly, they are absolutely mesmerizing. Now, they’re at the heart of SETTE’s designsβ€”not because they’re β€œalternative,” but because they’re beautiful.

Standards I Don’t Compromise On

I trust my instincts, but I am detail-obsessed. In my previous roles, I often had to value engineerβ€”shrinking stones, hollowing out gold, finding ways to make a piece cheaper instead of better. I absolutely hated it. With SETTE, I never do that.

Every stone, every setting, every gram of gold has to meet my standards before it carries the name. When you buy SETTE, you’re getting jewelry designed and built the way it should be.
