Orders, Payment & Shipping

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and ShopPay. We also accept bank or wire transfers—please email customer@settejewelry.com for assistance.

How long do I have to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. Because many pieces are made to order, once production begins they cannot be canceled. All custom orders are final sale once placed.

Can I have something rushed?

Yes. We will always do our best to meet your timeline. Once you place your order, please email customer@settejewelry.com with your requested date and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer complimentary insured 2-day shipping on all U.S. orders. All shipments require a signature upon delivery; orders valued over $2,000 require an adult signature. Due to the insured nature of our parcels, signatures cannot be waived.

If your piece is in stock, it ships within 1–2 business days. For made-to-order styles, please allow 3–6 weeks. Estimated timelines are listed on each product page.

For international orders, duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or resizing.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from Dallas, TX. No duties apply to U.S. orders.

Can I track my package?

Yes. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your jewelry has been quality-checked, wrapped, and shipped. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately with your order number at customer@settejewelry.com.

When will my order arrive?

If items are in stock, they ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces typically require 3–6 weeks. Please refer to the product page for specific timelines. Need something sooner? Contact us and we will do our best to expedite.

How can I find out the status of my order?

You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. For additional updates, email customer@settejewelry.com with your order number.

How do you deliver?

Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, insured and signature required.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unworn merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition—unworn, unaltered, and sent back with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection and approval. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Exclusions

  • Custom Orders – Final sale.
  • Sale Items – Final sale; not eligible for return or exchange.
  • International Orders – Final sale; we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or resizes.
  • Earrings – For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale.
  • Gift Cards – Final sale; not eligible for return or redemption for cash.

How do I return an item?

Email us at customer@settejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid, insured FedEx label. Please repack your item securely in the original packaging, making sure the label is unobstructed, and drop it off at any FedEx location.

Are returns free?

For U.S. orders, a flat $35 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover insured return shipping and handling. Original shipping fees, rush shipping, and taxes are non-refundable. Because each piece is made to order and produced in limited runs, we kindly ask that you shop thoughtfully and reach out with any sizing or style questions before purchasing.

Can I return a customized or re-SETTE item?

Unfortunately not. Customized and re-SETTE jewelry pieces are uniquely made for you and are final sale. We can often resize or make small adjustments if needed—please reach out to customer@settejewelry.com for assistance.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and quality checked, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

What’s my ring size?

Not sure of your size? Request a free ring sizer by emailing us at customer@settejewelry.com.

Can I get my ring resized?

We offer one complimentary resize on 18K gold rings within 30 days of delivery. Resizing is not available on 14K gold, sterling silver, or international orders.

To arrange a resize, email us at customer@settejewelry.com with your order number and new size. We will provide a prepaid insured FedEx label.

For integrity and gemstone security, rings can only be adjusted up or down by up to ¾ size. Anything beyond that requires a full remake. Due to the complex nature of some designs, certain styles cannot be resized and must be remade—we’ll guide you through options if this applies to your piece.

⚠️ Please note: once a ring has been resized, it is considered final sale and no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Do necklaces and bracelets come in different lengths?

Yes. All lengths are listed on each product page. We can also tailor necklaces and bracelets to fit you perfectly. For adjustments, email us at customer@settejewelry.com before placing your order. For increases in length over 1 inch, an additional fee may apply to cover the cost of precious metals and gemstones.

Engagement Rings

Do you offer resizing?

We offer one complimentary resize on 18K engagement rings within 30 days of delivery, with all shipping included. Any additional resizing will incur a fee. Please note that once a ring has been resized, it is considered final sale and no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Can I buy a setting or a diamond separately?

No. We take pride in pairing our diamonds with settings designed specifically to highlight their beauty and craftsmanship. Engagement rings and wedding bands are sold as complete designs. For custom projects, please email us at customer@settejewelry.com.

Does my diamond come with a certificate?

Yes. Every engagement ring includes a digital certificate from either GIA or IGI, depending on the diamond.

How do I figure out the ring size?

Request a free ring sizer by emailing customer@settejewelry.com.

Can I engrave a message on the ring?

Absolutely. After placing your order, email us at customer@settejewelry.com with your message to add engraving.

Are all ring sizes listed online?

Most are, but we can often accommodate quarter sizes or custom adjustments. Contact us if you need a size that isn’t listed.

I can’t find what I want on the website—can you make something unique?

Yes. We love designing one-of-a-kind pieces. Book a virtual appointment or email us at customer@settejewelry.com to explore creating your perfect ring.

Gift Cards

Do gift cards expire?

No. All SETTE gift cards remain valid until the full balance has been used.

Do you offer physical gift cards?

Yes. We now offer a physical gift card option with our signature packaging. A $15 fee applies to cover shipping and packaging.

Can the digital gift card be sent directly to the recipient?

Not at this time. Digital gift cards are emailed to you, and you can either forward the email to the recipient or print it out to gift in person.

Can I get a refund on my gift card?

No. All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Can I apply a gift card to a past purchase?

Gift cards cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. They may only be used at the time of checkout.

Our Warranty

Made to Last

Every SETTE piece is crafted with durability in mind. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect that leads to breakage, we will repair your piece at no cost. We also offer a one-time replacement for lost stones up to 0.15ct in 14K and 18K gold styles only.

For accidental damage, we’re here to help restore your piece. Services such as repair or polishing are available, with standard service and shipping fees applied.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or damage from improper use or storage
  • Loss, theft, or accidental damage
  • Items that have been altered, resized, or repaired by another jeweler
  • Lost stones larger than 0.15ct

Lab Grown Diamonds

How do I find my perfect diamond?

Why choose lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are just as hard, just as brilliant, and they wear the same way over time. Whether worn daily or saved for milestones, they hold their fire, durability, and beauty exactly as a mined diamond would.

Are lab-grown diamonds real?

Yes. The U.S. FTC has confirmed that lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds.

Are lab-grown diamonds less expensive?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are typically priced lower than mined diamonds of the same size and quality. This makes it possible to prioritize carat weight, color, or clarity—without compromising on brilliance or beauty.

Will lab-grown diamonds pass a diamond tester?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds share the same carbon structure and thermal conductivity as mined diamonds, which is what handheld diamond testers measure. To distinguish between the two, advanced instruments are used—these can detect microscopic growth patterns or trace elements such as nitrogen levels that reveal origin.

Can lab-grown diamonds be certified?

Yes. All of our stones over 1 carat come with a digital GIA or IGI certificate, depending on the diamond.

How do I clean a lab-grown diamond?

Treat it exactly as you would a mined diamond. At home, soak your jewelry in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 15 minutes. Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry.

Can you cut custom diamonds?

Yes. If we can’t source your perfect stone, we can custom cut one just for you. Email customer@settejewelry.com to start a project.

Where are SETTE lab-grown diamonds made?

Our diamonds are cultivated in advanced facilities in India, where they typically grow in up to two weeks, depending on size and quality. Once grown, they are hand-cut by master artisans we’ve worked with for over a decade. After certification, each stone is sent to Dallas, TX for final selection.

Are lab-grown diamonds luxury items?

Yes. Luxury is defined by rarity of design, precision of craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality—not origin alone. Every SETTE lab-grown diamond is cultivated through an intricate, highly controlled process, then hand-cut by master artisans to the same standards as mined diamonds.

What sets them apart is that they allow us to design boldly, without limitations of scarcity, while still delivering the brilliance, durability, and beauty that define luxury. At SETTE, we select only the best stones—those that meet our exacting criteria for cut, proportion, and fire—so your piece feels extraordinary the moment it’s worn.

Will the recipient know their diamond is lab-grown?

Yes. In line with FTC guidelines, all SETTE jewelry containing a lab-grown diamond is inscribed “LG.” Stones over 1 carat are also inscribed “LG” on the girdle. Without these identifiers or specialized equipment, a lab-grown diamond is indistinguishable from mined.
