What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all secure payments including Paypal, ShopPay Amex and debit cards. We also accept bank or wire transfers (email us at customer@settejewelry.com).

How long do I have to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, you must email us within 24 hours of order placement. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins they cannot be canceled or returned.

Can I have something rushed?

Yes, we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once you place your order, please email us at customer@settejewelry.com for us to try to accommodate your date.

What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping on all domestic orders. At this time we do not ship internationally.

Each piece of SETTE fine jewelry is sourced to be perfect for you! If the piece you have ordered is in stock, we will ship out in 1 - 2 business days. At this time, our expected lead time is 3 - 6 weeks for any made-to-order items.

Can I track my package?

Once your jewelry has been quality checked, wrapped, and ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If it says your order has been delivered but it’s not with you or you do not receive tracking, please contact us at customer@settejewelry.com with your order number and we’ll get on it.

When will my order arrive?

If the items are in stock they'll be shipped within 2 working days. Due to the made to order nature of most of our jewelry, some can take up to 3 to 6 weeks to be shipped. Check out the product page for availability and estimated delivery times for specific pieces.

How can I find out the status of my order?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unworn merchandise is eligible for exchange or return up to 14 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds will only be issued after the order has been received back to the office and determined as being in new condition.

All custom orders are final sale and will not be refunded. Custom orders are limited to exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please email customer@settejewelry.com for information if you need assistance.

How do I return an item?

Send us an email at customer@settejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return and we will send a return label your way! Please pack your item in the original packaging, making sure it's sealed with the label unobstructed. Then drop off at a Fedex location.

Are returns free?

We will provide a shipping label to you free of charge if you wish to return an item.

Can I return a customized or re-SETTE item?

Unfortunately not, because our customized jewelry pieces are uniquely made for you. We can however always resize or make slight changes to the pieces if needed. Get in touch with us at customer@settejewelry.com if you need assistance.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have processed and quality checked the return, it can take us up to 10 days to process. We will be in touch with you on the status of the return once we receive it.

What's my ring size?

How can I get my ring resized?

We currently offer 1 ring size adjustment per ring order. Simply email us at customer@settejewelry.com with your order number and new sizing information. We will arrange a return for resize.

In order to maintain the integrity of the ring and securing of gemstones, we will only size up or down by 3/4. Anything over that will need to be a remake.

Due to the the complex nature of some of our rings, some of our styles are impossible to resize and will need to be remade.

Do your necklaces and bracelets come in different lengths?

All necklaces and bracelets will show the length on the product description. We can tailor any necklace and bracelet to fit you perfectly. Simply email us at customer@settejewelry.com to let us know what you would like prior to placing your order.

For an increase in length of over 1", an additional fee may be applied for the costs of precious metals and gemstones.

Engagement Rings

Do you offer resizing?

We offer one free resizing for our engagement rings. All shipping is included. Any additional resizing will be an additional charge.

Can I buy a setting or a diamond separately?

Regrettably, that's not possible. We hold immense pride in the excellence of our diamonds and the skillful craftsmanship of our settings. Our assortment of rings and wedding bands is carefully curated to cater to the diverse styles and preferences of our customers. Please email customer@settejewelry.com for a custom project.

Does my diamond come with a certificate?

Yes, every engagement ring comes with a digital GIA certificate.

How do I figure out the ring size?

Can I engrave a message on the ring?

Of course! After you place the order, please email us at customer@settejewelry.com to add your message.

Are all ring sizes listed online?

Most of our ring sizes are online. However we can offer quarter sizes. contact us if you are looking for a different size that is not offered.

I can't find what I want on the website - can you make something unique?

Yes! We firmly believe in never settling. We are happy to do a virtual appointment or work with you through email to guide you on how to create the perfect ring.

Gift Cards

Do gift cards expire?

No, all of our gift cards can be used until the amount has been fully used.

Do you offer physical gift cards?

At the moment we do not.

Can the digital gift card be sent directly to the person I'd like to gift?

Unfortunately not, however you can forward them the email or print it out!

Can I get a refund on my gift card?

Our gift cards are non refundable.

Timeless Jewelry

In the event of manufacturing defects leading to breakage, we are dedicated to repairing your piece at no expense to you. Additionally, we offer a one-time replacement for any lost stones up to 0.15ct in 18K gold ONLY.

For accidental damage, we are committed to assisting you in restoring your piece to its original condition. You can opt for either repair or polishing, with charges for the service and shipping applicable.

Our warranty excludes:
  • General wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use or storage
  • Loss and accidental damage
  • items that have undergone alterations or repairs by a different jeweler
  • Loss of stones larger than 0.15ct

Why choose lab grown diamonds?

We produce our diamonds through advanced technology, mimicking natural growth conditions in a laboratory. This yields diamonds that are chemically and physically indistinguishable from those mined, all while minimizing environmental impact.

We believe in the future of lab grown. While there are still some advances to be made on a more sustainable approach to growing the diamonds, our cutting facility provides carbon offsets so every individual diamond is net carbon neutral.

Beyond the sustainable aspect, lab diamonds democratize luxury. This is a revolution that makes the most luxurious stone in the world, in the best quality, more accessible!

Are lab grown diamonds real?

YES! The US FTC has clarified that lab diamonds are real diamonds.

Are lab grown diamonds cheaper?

Lab grown diamonds allow you to get what you want. Typically a lab diamond will cost between 50 - 85% less than a natural diamonds in identical carat weight, color, cut, clarity grades. The biggest difference in price will be on 4 Carats, colorless, and VS+ clarity and above. For stones under 0.5 carat, the price difference is minimal.

Will lab grown diamonds pass a diamond tester?

Yes, lab diamonds have the same carbon composition as mined diamonds which means they have the same thermal conductivity which is what the test use to determine if it is a diamond.

Can lab grown diamonds be GIA certified?

Yes, all of our stones over 1 carat are GIA certified. We can also work with IGI if that is your preferred certificate.

How to clean lab grown diamonds?

You can treat a lab grown diamond just the same as a mined diamond.

The easiest way to clean your lab diamond jewelry at home will be to fill a bowl with some warm water with several drops of mild dish soap. Soak your jewelry in the water for 15 minutes. Scrub the gold jewelry with a baby toothbrush or cotton swab then rinse with clean water.

Lab Diamond Supply Chain

Our diamonds are cultivated in multiple locations throughout Asia. After about 6 - 10 weeks of growth, the diamond is sent to India to be hand cut. After over a decade in the jewelry industry and reviewing thousands of stones, we can confidently say that our diamond cutters are among the top cutters in the world.

Once the stones are cut, they go to GIA to be certified. This process can take up to 4 weeks. Then they come to our desk in Dallas, TX to be hand selected by our diamond experts.

Why are lab grown diamonds expensive?

Compared to their mined counterpart they are significantly more accessible. However, while the raw material is less expensive than mining, the process to cultivate the diamonds is very intricate and precise. Additionally, no matter the carat size, every diamond is hand cut by skillful artisans just like a mined diamond. There are some less expensive lab diamonds in the marketplace, but often, these are not certified and the cut is not excellent.

Will the giftee know they are receiving a lab grown diamond?

Yes. All of our jewelry will be inscribed LG following FTC guidelines if there is a lab grown stone in the piece. Additionally, If there is a stone over 1 carat, LG will be inscribed on the girdle of the stone.

However, without these identifiers, or any special technology, there would be no way of identifying that the stone is lab grown.
