How It Works

After you contact our team, we will ask for pictures, budget expectations, and style type (ring, earring, necklace, etc.)

Please note, custom pieces can take a while depending on the difficulty. These custom pieces will take a minimum of 5 weeks.

Once we understand more of what you are looking for, we will provide some preliminary design options.

More complicated designs may be subjected to a $300 design fee upfront. We will let you know if that applies once we understand the scope of the project.

Once we finalize a design, we will send you an insured shipping label. Once we receive, we will inspect the stones. Please note, we will need a liability release signed in case of chipped stones during the unsetting process. Chipped stones often, can not be reset.

After all inspections are complete, we will do a 3D scan of the stones to make sure the diamonds or gemstones fit perfectly into the new piece. If they don't, we will make adjustments and share with you.
