Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all packaging included (jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates). Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping & Fees
For U.S. returns, a $35 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover insured shipping and handling. Original shipping fees, rush shipping, and taxes are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exclusions
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom orders

  • Sale items

  • International orders

  • Gift cards

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges
We are not able to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase within the 14-day window and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, after inspection and approval of the returned item. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customer@settejewelry.com.

European Union Customers
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason.
