Design Consultation & Deposit:

A $250 design deposit is required to begin the process. This deposit is applied toward your final purchase (minimum $1,500).

Share your vision, inspiration, and preferences. Choose to incorporate your existing stones or let us source ethically crafted lab-grown diamonds.

Collaborative Design Process:

The design process typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and response time.

You’ll receive 3D renders of your design for final approval before production.

Handcrafted Production:

Production time ranges from 4–6 weeks, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship for your one-of-a-kind piece.

Returns & Exchanges

  • The $250 design deposit is non-refundable if the design is not produced.
  • Custom orders are eligible for exchange for size adjustments only within 14 days of receipt.

What is the minimum purchase price?
Custom pieces start at $1,500, including the $250 design deposit. Prices will depend based on complexity of piece and raw materials used.

Can I use my own stones?
Absolutely! You are welcome to provide your own stones, or we can source stunning lab-grown diamonds tailored to your design. Please note that if you choose to use your own stones, a waiver will need to be signed prior to us taking possession of them.

How long does the process take?
The design process takes 1–3 weeks based on complexity and response time. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks after design approval.

What if I want to change my design?
Adjustments can be made during the design process before production begins. After final approval, changes are no longer possible.
