We offer free, insured 2-day shipping on all U.S. domestic orders. All shipments will require a signature and values over $2,000 will require adult signature. Due to the value of the package, a signature cannot be waived.

If your piece is in stock, it ships within 1–2 business days.

All shipments come from Dallas, TX so NO additional duty will be incurred for any US orders. For international orders, duty will be paid to the shipper by the buyer.

For orders shipping outside the U.S., listed prices and shipping fees do not include Import Duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage, or other fees that may be charged by your country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all regulations of the destination country. SETTE is not responsible for government-imposed fees or for delays related to Customs clearance.

If an order is refused due to these costs, any fees incurred to return the package will be deducted from the purchaser’s refund.

Unworn merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and sent back with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection and approval. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

For U.S. returns, a flat $35 will be deducted to cover insured shipping and handling. Returns must use the prepaid label provided by SETTE. If you return items in more than one shipment, the $35 fee applies per label. Original shipping fees, rush shipping, and taxes are non-refundable.

Holiday Exchange Window

Orders placed during the holiday period (November 1 - December 24th, 2025) are eligible for exchange or store credit through January 3rd, 2026.

International Orders – Final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or resizes for international shipments outside of the United States.

Earrings – For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale.
