How It Works

By participating in the SETTE Jewelry Affiliate Program (also known as the Refer & Reward program), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that they may be updated at any time without prior notice. Participation is limited to customers who are 18 years or older and have made a purchase through settejewelry.com.

Each approved customer will receive a unique referral code that can be shared with friends and family. This code may only be used once per referred customer. Referral codes may not be applied to the referring customer’s own purchases and are not valid retroactively.

Eligible referrers will receive 5% of referred retail sales in the form of SETTE Jewelry gift cards. Once a referrer’s total referred sales reach $10,000 or more, their reward rate will automatically increase to 10% for all future referrals.

Only successful orders will count toward total referral sales. A successful order is defined as any purchase that is not returned, exchanged, disputed or canceled, has shipped to completion, and excludes the purchase of gift cards or custom orders. These excluded purchases will not be eligible for affiliate rewards under any circumstances.

Rewards are processed on a net 30 basis following the shipment date and are issued on the first day of the following month.

For example, if a referred purchase ships on August 20, the associated reward will be issued on October 1.

Before issuing your gift card, SETTE Jewelry will reach out to confirm whether you'd like to receive your credit at that time or continue accruing rewards for a future, larger redemption. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will assume you'd prefer to accumulate your rewards and will hold the credit until you're ready to redeem it. Referrers may contact customer@settejewelry.com at any time to request the current balance be issued as a gift card.

From time to time, SETTE Jewelry may offer increased reward percentages or special bonuses at our sole discretion—including during promotional periods or in recognition of exceptional referral activity.

SETTE Jewelry reserves the right to validate and approve all referrals. Orders that are returned, canceled, or disputed will not count toward referral totals. Abuse of the program—including self-referrals, fraudulent accounts, or publishing referral codes on coupon sites or public forums—may result in disqualification and forfeiture of earned rewards.

All gift card rewards are final, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. They are only valid at settejewelry.com. SETTE Jewelry reserves the right to pause or revoke benefits at any time if we determine that the program is being misused or exploited.

This program is intended to reward genuine SETTE Jewelry customers who share the brand with their personal networks in good faith. If we believe any participant is acting in bad faith or contrary to the spirit of the program, we reserve the right to remove them without notice. The program may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. If you believe a referral was not properly tracked or rewarded, please contact customer@settejewelry.com with your information.
