Each design shows when it ships on its own page. In-stock designs ship first. Made-to-order designs are made for you once you order.

It depends on your country. Shipping is calculated at checkout once your address is in, and you see the full cost before you pay.

You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

In most countries, duties are not included at checkout. The carrier collects them when your order is delivered.

In countries where duties are paid at checkout, like Canada, they are included in your total and there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

All SETTE ring sizes are US sizes. Any local jeweler can measure your finger for a US size before you order.

International orders are final sale. If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel (prior to being shipped) within 14 days of placing the order.
